A supplier list is easy to produce. A verified shortlist is not. The difference is what you can check yourself: the licence, the site, the scope of what the factory actually makes, and the documents in the factory's own files.

We are a boutique sourcing team and China buying office in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We find factories, verify them on your behalf, and hand you the original documents so you can reach your own conclusion. We do not own a factory and we do not manufacture.

How We Find Suppliers

A listing is a lead, not a supplier.

Start from the category, not a platform. We work from the supply chain of the product: the upstream materials and components, the workshops that convert them, and the assembly step. For leather goods this means tanneries, hardware plating and zippers before it means a finished-bag catalogue.
Work from an existing network first. Factories we have dealt with, then new candidates found through B2B listings, trade directories, referrals and customs and shipment records where available. A listing is a lead, not a supplier.
Screen on four questions only. Does it make this? Where is it? Can we visit? What is the quoted price? Everything else comes after the first pass.
Keep the shortlist short. Two or three factories that can actually build the item, rather than a long list of maybes.

How We Verify

Business licence and unified social credit code. Checked against the registered entity name, legal representative, registered capital, business scope and establishment date. Our own registration and tax ID can be checked at any time.
Business scope match. A factory registered for trading is not a factory that makes the part. We check that the claimed capability sits inside the registered scope.
Site assessment. We visit or arrange a coordinated factory visit, and record what is actually on the floor: equipment, lines, workflow, who does the finishing, whether the work is subcontracted out.
Export and compliance records. Where the factory will share them, we look at past shipments and the certificates it holds. We ask who issued each certificate, which model it covers and whether it covers this production batch. Testing goes to a licensed third-party laboratory; we do not issue lab reports.
Quotation line by line. Unit price, quantity tiers, plug or custom version, tooling or mould cost, and whether the price includes tax and an invoice are written down before any comparison is made.

What You Receive

Original factory files, as issued. Quotations in XLSX or PDF, company profiles and presentations in PPT or PDF, certificates and specification sheets as supplied by the factory. We do not replace them with re-rendered images or our own screenshots.
A shortlist note per factory. What it makes, where it is, what we checked, what is still open, and what the next step would be.
A written record of the visit. Photographs and notes from the site, dated.
Our own conclusion, separately labelled. What we think, kept apart from what the documents say, so you can weigh them independently.

You can verify every document yourself. That is the point of passing through originals.

What This Service Does Not Cover

We do not manufacture, run production lines or issue test or inspection certificates.
We do not guarantee a factory's output. We verify what can be checked before an order is placed and report what remains open.
We do not take a commission on the goods. This work is charged as a stated supply chain consulting fee for Supplier Identification & Verification, Factory Visit Coordination & Site Assessment, and Sourcing Advisory.

FAQ

Can I verify a factory myself with the licence number?

Yes, and we encourage it. That is why we pass through the original registration documents rather than a summary image.

Can I order a site visit without a full sourcing project?

Yes. Factory Visit Coordination & Site Assessment can be scoped on its own.

Do you issue test or inspection certificates?

No. Testing goes to a licensed third-party laboratory; we do not issue lab reports.

Do you take a commission on the goods?
